Greetings good citizen, modern life is filled with 'conundrums', situations that exist but make no sense.
Take the recent economic recovery that has unemployment down to historic levels [2% tells us they are measuring it wrong] yet the 'opposite' end of this phenomenon, rising wages due to the competition for scarce workers isn't happening either.
Either the economy isn't behaving the way it's supposed to or we are once again witnessing mismanagement on a colossal scale!
What's the 'takeaway' from this bizarre turn of events? At the minimum it's fraud on a massive scale or it is the results of the hijacking of the institutions founded to protect us from exploitation.
In either respect the, non-conformance of the economy is criminal.
The 'not in the labor force' figures [which is why wages have remained in the basement for thirty years] is roughly HALF of the working aged population.
The FACT that capitalism isn't a suitable vehicle to sustain a healthy society isn't even up for debate, EVERYBODY KNOWS.
I sit here debating the merits of arguing for change and know the majority of you won't 'rock the boat' until your personal bacon is in the fire...and by then it will be too late.
The time to 'rein in' out of control politicians is while they are still IN office. [It's a major flaw with the current system, not that the politico's ever even tried to alter it. Accountability is a formidible task master.
Which once again highlights how the current system 'protects' the criminals running it.
You couldn't 'rock the boat' even if you wanted to!
[The coming protests are going to be violent beyond anyone's imagination and it's all because people didn't act sooner to protect their interests.]

We delude ourselves mightily believing the leader's war machine exists to protect us [it doesn't] or the palace guard serves 'domestic tranquility' [it is the 'open challenge' to resistance.]
So when we find ourselves in the same position we always find ourselves in, nobody is 'surprised'.
The 'stupefying' fact in all this is the 'Army of the Unemployed' is ginormous! [How fortunate for the feckless the unemployed are too busy playing the lottery to proactively pursue improving their circumstances?]
Even more fortunate is the fatalistic attitude most of us have regarding our 'place' in society. Thanks to 'Spirit in the Sky' most of us [not THINK but BELIEVE] we got precisely what we 'deserve' in this life and that Jesus watches over us in all things...so if our life is 'less than wonderful' it's our own ungrateful fault.
The life YOU live is the best Jesus could manage for you. STOP WHINING!
[So commands our 'betters' who believe Jesus loves them 'just a teeny-tiny bit more' then he loves you...]

If you're not then it won't matter anyway, at this point there is little difference between a falling knife and one being hurled at you.
You're gonna get hurt regardless. Think of it as the kind of 'necessary pain' that helps you 'grow' as an individual.
The trick will be using that pain for gain and not for maintaining the 'status quo'. [You've been nicked a thousand times and the ONLY thing it taught you was to fear the knife.]
The knife can be your friend if you know what to do...
Knowledge is power and that is the whole point in these little exercises, adding weapons to your arsenal so change becomes not just possible but inevitable.
