Greetings good citizen, seems the border crisis caused by globalization refuses to go away for the same reasons nobody can live in an economic desert.
For the feckless who became billionaires thanks to the 'cornering' of global markets, globalization was a screaming success. The figures are probably out there but it seems the self professed 'wiser heads' decided not to crow about the amount of choice that vanished thanks to the 'consolidation' of global market share, which is what globalization was really about. [It was NEVER about lower prices for you, it was always about enhanced profit streams for them!]
Now that a wide swath of competitors have been eliminated and prices adjusted accordingly [thanks to new virtual monopolies] an already faltering capitalism is strangling society to death as it fails to cope with a growing population and a significantly reduced marketplace.
Mismanagement on such a colossal scale we marvel over who, precisely, fell asleep on the job?
Government failed entirely...and so did the courts...not that they could have done anything, given how justice is sold to the highest bidder on this PLANET.
You can be sure the judges would deny this but remember how they got their lifelong appointments...
No such thing as a starving judge unless you tack on a 'disbarred'.
So what do we do about the worldwide refugee crisis, especially when 90% of the jobs were shipped behind the Iron Curtain?
The, er, victims of globalization only see the faux opulence of the developed world and mistakenly believe that is the direction 'prosperity' lies in because they ignore the fact that the money went to where no one will ever see it again.
Economics 101 folks, cost the same to feed a rich man as it does a poor one, that's why the rich man is focused on reducing the number of poor ones 'competing' with him for food.
First they 'right sized' the economy now they are going to 'right size' the population.
This will (naturally) result in a bloodbath as prices rise to become the 'new normal' and if YOU can't afford it, good luck with that hand out because NOBODY will be able to afford to 'give away' food that represents what used to be a month's salary.
Think it can't happen here? Look at Zimbabwe, a billion dollars for two cucumber sandwiches and two bottles of water. (good thing all money is funny, eh?)
WHO did this to an entire nation? [The Banksters! The very same ones that are responsible for globalization and the now destroyed housing markets!] (If you've been paying attention they are also responsible for the decimation of global retirement funds as well. If you don't see what's coming you are f'n beyond dumb!)
