The media appears unable to drop the fear-mongering. Monday returns to a capitalism dominated planet tomorrow and it demands 'business as usual'.
Most will eagerly comply [since that's the name of the game!] but will the employee class be dismayed to learn they spent their 'vacation' on their livingroom couch? Europe may dodge that particular bullet but I have no doubt that there will be many tales of U.S. capitalists demanding 'free overtime' in exchange for paycheck continuity payments that will be 'forgiven' and never paid back!
Nothing for nothing, right?
I am nothing if not 'consistent' (and so are the infamous 'they'.) They would screw you into the woodwork than look at you. When they DON'T do this is when you get nervous and fret over what they might be 'up to'?
No amount of 'distance' or masking will 'save' you from infection. Most of us would test positive for exposure and that is far too many survivors to maintain the desired 'state of fear'.
The OWNERS of the media seems intent on milking this for all it's worth.
The world is returning to its new normal and caution will be emphasized to new extremes as cowardly leaders seek to demonstrate their mastery of the situation that is being portrayed as much more 'dangerous' than it really is.
[I'm more worried about the wasps that produce an extraordinary number of queens and are like fire ants in the dominance of their conquered territory.] The 'unnaturalness' of this insect smacks of bio-genetic tinkering aimed at weaponizing a self-replicating entity.
Can't go by me though, the revelation that they had color TV before TV's became ubiquitous makes me suspect CRISPR has been around longer than they are admitting to as well.
Did I mention that those who routinely exploit our enforced ignorance have been trying to exterminate the surplus since the birth of mechanization? [Do I need to? How f'n dumb are you?] Where the hell is the media when Giant Wasps appear out of nowhere?
