Greetings good citizen, As I have pointed out many times, the 'Republican/conservative' 'revolution' was NOT restricted to the US, as evidenced by the global collapse of 'faith' in decidedly corrupt governments around the world.
[Consider again why the 'war profiteers' are always rolling in dough as the cemeteries fill up with our children...]
Compounding that grim outcome with the FACT that all money is funny and the deaths/maiming's become that much more SENSELESS!
All so 'a few' can be 'rich' (even more 'senselessness'.)
But wait good citizen, I haven't gotten to the 'good news' yet!
The incoming President is 'inheriting' a, er, 'healthy' economy...[using accounting standards creating during the Reagan years, another 'recession' we HAVE NEVER 'recovered' from.]
How 'frightened' should you be? Well, terrified would be appropriate.
How many of you UNDERSTAND that the 'safety' of you and yours RELYS on a healthy economy!
Sadly not enough of you.
Well, the [heavily massaged] employment numbers are the best they've been since the bottom fell out EIGHT YEARS AGO...but the 'labor force participation rate' is LOWER than it was during WWII!
Worse, unemployment among males (the traditional breadwinner) is at a record high!
Leaving us with an even larger 'unstable situation'.
All of this while automation continues to eliminate employment opportunities and the population grows 'unchecked'. China lifted its 'one child' policy...probably looking forward to the day when they're going to need that extra 'cannon-fodder'.
Makes you wonder what's really behind the military's 'pathway to citizenship' offered to immigrant wannabes.
Once again proving the statement 'we're neck deep in stupid around here!'
Naturally we arrive at the part of the post where we look at what we can do about these dire indicators...which must be where you all stop reading [let someone else fix it and if you run into one of them, tell 'em to make it snappy, things aren't going to fix themselves!]
The 'world' is suffering from an extreme 'Justice deficit'. This is what happens when the unscrupulous purposefully 'obscure' the value of a tool intended to facilitate the 'division of labor' and create, er, 'boundless bounty' that we all could share...
But that's not how things worked out, is it?
Nope, money, at first was, er, 'stolen' [in various ways] to, er, liberate some from their requirement to work...but this created the need to corrupt the 'justice system' so they could continue to escape justice for their thefts.
This is why the 'idle rich' created the 'stock market', so their FU pay me schemes would appear legitimate.
Did you hear? The Dow just broke the 20,000 mark.
If you didn't ask yourself 'how' you really are clueless! Because Dow 20,000 in the land that makes NOTHING is absolutely INSANE.
Well, there is one thing we still make in abundance and it explains the current 'bull' market...we make LIES and export them everywhere!

As I point out in my profile, the world is falling apart but those who expect to be paid for their lies studiously ignore what should be evident to us all.
Is it the media's fault the rest of us are so wrapped up in the 'world of I' that we don't see our home crumbling beneath our feet?
Cops are still getting paychecks and we can only marvel as to why?
REAL criminals are wandering free everywhere [usually with their bought and paid for judges in tow] and the cops do nothing...[or they are stealing too!] Yet another damning indictment of those running our civilization.
Nothing like being ticketed by someone that should be behind bars themselves!
Did I mention the 'Justice deficit' was becoming a global crisis?
Do you remember Justice is one of the three critical pillars of civilization...did you also figure out that civilizations devoid of justice don't last very long? [because 'relative justice' meted out solely to the 'little people' only magnifies the problem.]
We are a 'watchful' society...and will only tolerate just so much 'what are YOU gonna DO about it?' before we actually get ANGRY enough to take 'em down, usually really HARD!
I mean swinging from light poles hard!
There are lessons to be learned from this and it all begins with returning money to its singular useful purpose to society. We also need to 'take pains' to prosecute ANYONE who champions money as an end unto itself, like so many do.
MONEY IS A TOOL, end of story!
If you're tired of being beaten for everything you're worth with a tool that is only useful to you it's time to stand up and tell the cheats to F- OFF!
Um, I belabor the obvious when I point out it will likely take more than that to make them comply but you're up to the job...consider it 'payback'...
