Greetings good citizen, when inconsistencies emerge the normal mind becomes suspicious, those that accept their answers pre-digested for them [Fox media consumers] are routinely told black is white and because it comes from an 'official source' they accept it without question.

About the same time the political narrative got twisted to the criminals purposes, back when liberals were 'Pro Labor and Conservo-whackos were Pro business. The marketers behind the One Trick Ponies fabricated the Limousine Liberal out of thin air and sold to the mouth breathers among us, who are also more numerous than they used to be but that is due to being educated to the test. You are no longer required to think, to succeed you had to regurgitate what you were taught!

Education became memorization and most of us suck at it...which is how we became a nation of morons.

Let's recap for those who have problems 'keeping up'.

1.) Liberals vastly outnumbered conservatives because Liberals were Pro LABOR, not pro business! The 'conflict' between the two parties was framed as Tax and Spend vs the 'do nothing' conservatism.

2.) Conservatives (mostly Business OWNERS, bankers and the legal community) were (obviously) in the minority. It has ALWAYS been the conservative viewpoint that 75% of society IS A WASTE!

This 'point of view' made them less than popular so the bankers put their heads together with the politicians and the public servants to engineer a way to 'defund' the pro labor liberals and 'poison the well' while they were at it!

Coincidentally this was around the same time Television was becoming a key factor in winning political campaigns and instead of providing 'fair and equal exposure' to whoever threw their hat in the ring, the media became political 'gatekeepers' commanding HUGE dollars for one minute slots of air time.

Sure enough, if you didn't have the money to buy 'air time' you got slaughtered at the polls by a populace that relied 100% on the 'eye that never blinks' for all of its information.

Who did this favor?

The pro BUSINESS (and anti-labor) conservatives!

Twenty years after television replaced newspapers as the public's medium of choice, ALL of the gains of the labor movement were erased. The people that OWNED TV did a great hatchet job on the no longer part of the equation Democrats.

The pro-labor democrats died of lack of funds once the unions were broken. Zero irony that the only surviving unions are the ones serving public employees.

Well, along with crushing the labor movement [which Trump resurrected in a single campaign cycle! Think he's in trouble now, the morons that derailed the labor unions have re-opened Pandora's box by reminding the public that yes, the working class still exists and it is more commonly called 'the working poor'!] it also exposed the 'captive' nature of the entire political process, completely and totally commandeered by the OWNERS of the media.

But now we bump up (hard) against yesterday's piece about the coming 'die off'.

If my loyal readers don't start talking to one another (and those they love) we will redefine the term futile and once again the slavers will win.

Greetings good citizen, talk about bizarre news feeds, an article from Wired Mag turned up on my Firefox pocket app proclaiming of all things that there will be less of us in the future, and if 'the stupid' persists they will be correct.

A huge portion of the planet's population has been already been 'priced out' of the genepool futures market and if the commerce system remains fixed [favoring the criminals] humanity will decline, precipitously. [left out of this equation is the prospect of the wealthy 'doubling down' and paying for their children to be 'enhanced', further squeezing the already marginalized.] Not to mention the danger of creating 'monsters'.

Leaving aside the prospects of parents playing Russian Roulette with their progeny's future the growing wasteland left behind by rapacious capitalism is already applying pressure on the remaining resources this planet has to offer.

Again, the media ignores this danger because they are more fearful of a populous that is already beginning to get a sense that they are being herded by hucksters into a blind canyon surrounded by predators.

The Great Famine will NOT be televised (despite food insecurity already being a worldwide phenomenon.) Roly-poly Americans are the result of Frankenfood distributed via drive through windows...that and the scarcity of physical employment.

Ironically, the article ended by segueing into piece on automation and its toll on the human laborforce.

Now instead of selling one another houses we can't afford we are going to participate in social media for a living? Talk about a narrow window, how many of us can live on what we make being content providers for You Tube? Not to worry, landscapers can't afford automated lawnmowers [yet.] Here we will witness the competition between lawns designed for operatorless mowers and the elimination of water hungry landscaping.

Just as restaurants, being the lowest of all the professions, don't have the margins to automate AND keep their doors open because of the rapidly diminishing customer base.

It is here that 'No employees' will collide head on with 'No customers' [despite there being no shortage of (extremely) hungry people and 'No restaurants'.]

When this whipsaws back on the automated factory, which closes for the same reason the restaurants will, no customers...will there be anybody left to learn the lesson of how toxic Capitalism is to society and how big a moron Adam Smith was?

While many 'riff' on the Wealth of Nations it has never been reproduced because it preaches a flawed philosophy. Trade is symbiotic, remove the [MUTUALLY] beneficial interaction and it instantly becomes TOXIC!

Find that one in your Funk & Wagnalls! [How tragic the internet generation has zero clue as to who or what Funk & Wagnalls refers to, which ironically, makes me 'irrelevant'!]

That feeling of 'headed in the wrong direction' is the vague recognition that capitalism has turned into a 'no win' proposition for the majority of the humans on the planet.

The only life ring [essentially hovering] over the center of the cesspit the capitalists are attempting to drown us in is A.S.P.

Adopt it and the toxic capitalist system will evaporate, instantly.

There only needs to be one more of us than of them.

His first was filled with self-congratulatory statements that had little to do with the reality 99% of us wake up to every day and there is zero reason to expect Mr. 'No Collusion' will break with what has become (in his mind) 'tradition'.

He can't stop congratulating himself for the roaring economy [that apparently only exists in his mind.] EVERYBODY KNOWS the unemployment rate flatlined because the tens of millions that the economy can't use aged out of being included in the figures.

THe cognizant don't need this explained to them, they know 'modern' unemployment ONLY MEASURES THE PEOPLE ELIGIBLE TO COLLECT. [A change instituted during the Reagan administration.] Yet conservo-WHACKOS continue to sing the praises of how St. Ronnie [who, coincidentally, promised we'd all retire millionaires thanks to sky high interest rates that vanished after the crash of 1987, now passbook savings accounts no longer pay 5% but it seems a certain percentage of the population are afflicted with minds like a fine steel sieve and remember none of this. Yeah, Not in the workforce has grown exponentially since being instituted under the Reagan Administration...but the morons among us think it's ALWAYS been like this, now that's STUPID!

The sitting POTUS has this disability so severely that he can't remember what he said in the same sentence!

How ironic this is expected from Republican politicians and considered 'normal'.

Anyway, if you were fired with cause or were considered a 'self-employed contractor' like when you work for a gig app out of your smartphone, you are 'ineligible' to collect so YOU don't show up in measures of the workforce.

This is what does NOBODY across the political spectrum talks about. Politicians PRETEND 'Not in the workforce' doesn't exist. Greetings good citizen, seems wisdom and guile has once again defeated youth and skill at a young man's game. Didn't watch [professional sports are a waste of time AND one of the leading sources of conflict in an already contentious species.] If you aren't fighting about 'politics' [and one shouldn't ever because it's all for show!] you'll find humans of all walks of life locking horns over STUPID sports teams!

In both cases [politics and sports] 'team pride' often results in POINTLESS physical altercations. If Elmer thumps your ass it's not because the Bruins are better at hockey, it's because Elmer is a head taller, 75 pounds heavier and ten years younger than you. If Elmer kicks it twice there still isn't a point in converting to Republicanism because like sports, it's all for show.

Um, not that it matters but all PROFESSIONAL sports will cease under A Simple Plan, NOBODY gets paid to 'play games'. If you want to be CEO you have to be The Best of the Best or you're roadkill...doesn't matter who your uncle is.

Like church, you can still practice whatever you like but neither is considered a 'profession' and won't be compensated by society largely for their negative effects!

The 'individuals' who win the competition for life will be 'smarter' than their competitors, 'treachery' is one of the most heinous crimes one human can perpetrate on another which is why the penalty for treason is death. That said, how many politicians have earned a date with the hangman?

Making the competitions for leadership 'more interesting' will be the prohibition against treachery. If your strategy relies on deceiving your opponents YOU will be summarily executed.

The funny little tricksters pulled a SERIES of 'fast ones' that their loving parents failed to punish them for [assuming they survived...] Yeah, the treacherous don't care who gets hurt. Like all 'trained animals' we were rewarded for our 'obedience' and punished for our perceived failures [even when we were just being 'true to our nature'.]

This nurtured an unhealthy competitive nature for rewards...and after our creators abandoned us, the 'tricksters' among us invented other rewards they could use to exploit our inbred competitive nature.

The 20 odd Democratic/Progressive candidates that have announced their candidacy are all running on a platform based on that old Ten Years After tune, I'd love to change the world. "Tax the rich, feed the poor 'til there are no, rich no more!" (and then what stupid? The song doesn't answer that, worse, it does end by saying 'I don't know what to do...so I leave it up to YOU!'

Guess who has appointed themselves 'YOU?'

Nobody is 'surprised' by this yet they still think ONE of these two choices 'represents' them. [In fairness it's not like door number three actually exists. The stupid rich are keeping their powder dry for when they will need to use that 'third party' to defend them and their way of life!]

Democracy isn't broken...it's F'n DEAD! The money strangled it and pays for the kabuki dance that pretends to represent you!

The problem with this is nobody knows who is calling the shots from backstage, which is a considerable problem considering those same hands have their finger on the launch button of the planet's largest nuclear stockpile!

This isn't 1719, 1819 or 1919 so why are we still using a system our Great-great-great grandfathers saddled us with?

We have missiles capable of circling the globe in minutes yet we are still using a highly suspect [never mind vulnerable] system of collective decision-making. [When the current system was designed it took MONTHS to cross the Ocean, now we do it daily in hours.]

In order to return humanity to a sustainable future we must abandon the predatory banking system. How many democrats are talking about that? [Pointless to ask how many Republican's are, they are only there for the (free) beer.]

So as bitcoins and exotic cryptocurrencies flood the markets, further eroding confidence in already shaky established national currencies [does anybody else see 'world government' winking at you from behind those Foster Grants?]

You can't get the local government to hold itself accountable, add another layer and it will act with impunity! [It is already 'untouchable'.]

Personally this is a far more disturbing outcome than that of nuclear annihilation [because it lacks the instant death offered by the bomb] Being condemned to death via starvation by those that have no 'use' for you fits the 'a fate worse than death' parameters.

That said, those who fail to appreciate the benefits of civil society deserve no less.

Greetings good citizen/fellow human, before Hollywood's retreat from stereotyping
immigrants, the American underclasses, Native Americans along with everyone in between, the term 'White man speak with forked tongue' was burned into the memory of a generation.

Now it's not P.C. to portray American Indians as speaking English like that but today's piece deals not with race relations but the steady rollback of protections the legal community world wide USED TO provide.

The NY Times top story today is the 'mutual termination' of the Start agreement. Not only did the papers quote inside sources as opining that the treaty was being violated anyway and ending it would be a necessary 'starting point' to craft a new, stronger treaty but it seems both sides of the agreement were glad to see it end.

The U.S. is eager to deploy new weaponry that the START agreement currently prohibits in the former Warsaw pact vicinity. Zero irony that the negation of the Start treaty allows soviet mid range missiles to be deployed so close to defensive batteries as to eliminate their effectiveness.

But STUPID knows better! WTF?

Again, we have this whole 'cold war' thing all wrong just as our thinking regarding all global conflict is 'tainted' by the criminal class.

Who is fighting who?

The name of the game has ALWAYS been Tyrants vs Peasants, better understood as Rich vs Poor.

One has to marvel that they have succeeded in convincing the public that the 'Police Action' in the Middle East is motivated by their god hating our god..although both religions claim to worship THE SAME GOD!

First and foremost this is NOT AN ACCIDENT! The repeal of anti-usury legislation coupled with other 'features' of the Patriot Act like the 20 year suspension of Habeas Corpus and the return of torture were INTENTIONAL moves to push the public to the breaking point!

Can't imagine nuclear war...good because you aren't supposed to imagine it never mind expect it.

Although talk about flies on the wall, it would be something to watch as they find out first hand that their experts didn't know their ass from a hole in the ground concerning their 'assumptions' about the effects of radiation.

Not that YOU will have to deal with any of that. Even if you are exceeding careful chances are excellent you are going to catch a fatal dose within the first 24 hours resulting in death most horrible, a fate so bad most will commit suicide by ANY means available [think drinking drano!]

Did I mention the likelihood is quite high that this place is some race's insane asylum?

Tink or twim, we are truly 'on our own'.
