Name Calling

Greetings good citizen! May as well start at the beginning because 'labels' have power; my choice of referring to you as 'citizen' is recognition of the fact I consider YOU to be an 'equal'.

Naturally, not everyone who calls you 'citizen' respects you or automatically assumes you are intelligent. The fact that you're here and still reading beyond the first paragraph is all the proof I require...the stupid don't like me much, most of this stuff is WAY over their heads.

The older generation still cringes if you call someone a 'Commie', so 'conditioned' are they to react to those we were promised 'hated our freedom'. Is there any irony lost that their replacement, the Muslims, are accused of precisely the same crime?

The original title for this post was to be WTF? but upon closer consideration I decided it wasn't specific enough.

Words are powerful tools, in the hands of a craftsman they can become fearsome weapons...but I belabor the obvious.

When you think about it (and we seldom do) we spend much of our time 'labeling' things. 'Classifying' (and it's close cousin, 'judging') are somewhat of an obsession for we sentient types.

Breaking free of this 'obsession' is what marks the, er, (more labels, sorry) difference between the 'enlightened' human and the 'mean/coarse' human.

We won't stop 'classifying' EVERYTHING we encounter but some of us are able to refrain from rushing to judgement, and that's what separates us from our more common 'judging' peers.

Um, what you need to understand is we do this SO MUCH we seldom stop to consider 'why' we do this...and if affects EVERYTHING we do or say!

So not realizing you're doing it is more than a little 'dangerous' because expert manipulators are using this tool to control your behavior!

Now there's a word I hate, 'Expert'! I personally don't believe ANYBODY is an 'expert' because the assumption is 'infallible knowledge' and even a casual examination of our world reveals that even God isn't an 'expert'...which started the whole We aren't worthy of questioning the creator' meme...

Another thing that 'rankles' is why this, er, 'mechanism' isn't being used for positive outcomes rather than being used to keep us from recognizing that the perps are running our civilization off a cliff while we are OBSESSED with hating people we don't know anything about.

And that's another STUNNING SIMILARITY!

How DAMNING is it that most people wouldn't recognize a communist even if one beat them to death?

Sort of the same thing with our Muslim, er, 'enemies'. While you are more likely to be familiar with Islam if you are a member of a minority in Whitebread Merika, most of you only know what you've learned from the eye that never blinks [made that much worse because it was more likely 'parody' and stereotype than actual fact!]

Did I mention we 'judge' everything? [And like most judges, our 'judgement' is highly suspect, tainted as it is by our 'imperfect knowledge'.]

We may be the top of the food chain but we still have a mighty long way to go if you hear what I'm saying...

With that said I have to once again apologize for being 'boorish' [a perpetual complainer] I defend my actions under the 'Somebody has to do it' rubric. If no one holds a mirror up to society then you will remain 'ignorant' of these, er, disturbing habits until one of them whacks you right between the eyes but by then it's too late to suddenly realize 'you've been 'played'.

We all know words have power and that EVERYBODY is trying to 'get over' on you. Hell of a place but 'on guard' is a perpetual state for our kind. We can only let our guard down with those we trust and even then not all the way!

Another damning indictment but it's the 'nature of the beast', try not to let it wear you down.

Economic collapse

Greetings good citizen, I used to believe in 'economic catastrophe' but then I saw how, 'flexible' the goal posts were. They (the Banksters) generated a 'quadrilion dollars' of collaterallized debt and the global economy DIDN'T crash and burn [because all 'money' is funny.]

Or perhaps it did , er, 'take a nosedive' but they obviously 'printed their way out of it'.

Like the moron said/asked, 'How can I be out of money; I still have checks!'

This is the SAME THINKING behind 'Peak Oil', that once we had pumped the 'easy to reach' stuff, that prices would spike so much that our economy would 'implode'.

Bad news, the 'easy to get at' stuff is history...and fossil fuels only went up a tiny bit [because money is funny.]

The 'grim reality' here is our self-professed 'betters' will keep pumping fossil fuels until they are EXHAUSTED, FINITO, NO MORE!

You know it and I know it. They'll enslave us all [if that's what it takes] to gas up their private jets and water skis and to flambe whatever happens to wander in front of their guns.

When it's 'all gone' they'll (our self-professed 'betters') sit there, drumming their fingers on the table, looking at each other and grunting 'what now?'.

Do I need to draw you a picture of 'all gone'?

Well, for starters YOU won't be here [unless you're unlucky enough to get pressed into service as one of the 'servants' (the polite word for 'slave'.)] Since centuries of cultivation have 'exhausted' the naturally occurring nutrients in the soil, we can only guess they will be using our corpses for fertilizer (while they last) The rest of you will be manually performing the work formerly done by farm machinery; becoming fertilizer once your exhausted body refuses to keep moving.

{In case you were unaware, without the phosphates and nitrogen we extract from fossil fuels, we would have starved to death long ago.)

I could go on but if you want to absorb the full effect of how 'grim' our 'last days' will be, read or watch Cormac McCarthy's 'The Road'.

Very little of that is 'imagination'. I keep referring to The Legendary [man's inhumanity to his fellow man.] and the conception of a work like McCarthy's questions the viability of our species.

Worse, our self-professed 'betters' use this, er, 'trait' as a justification for their behavior!

In case you had any doubts about humanity being 'that cruel'. They are all that and then some! {another 'justification', our self professed 'betters' tell themselves...we could have done worse! They should be thankful that's all we did to them!}

And so it goes.

What I need you to comprehend is how slim the gap is between where we are and where we are headed. You have (unawares) already been stripped of many of your 'assumed rights'. This is a bridge that has already been crossed! When you ask? It happened when our self professed 'betters' seized control of the political process and used that to 'monopolize' the media.

Many of you are unaware it wasn't always like this, meaning you are also unaware that the priviliged few are conducting a 'round-up'. Useful idiots on one side, morons next to them and troublemakers...too many (fortunately divided) troublemakers.

Troublemakers get the morons riled up and the next thing you know the 'useful idiots' stop co-operating!

Ever wonder what college was for (considering NOBODY comes out 'smarter' than when they went in?)

And no, it doesn't take them four years to figure out which pile to toss you into, but all that student debt comes in handy as far as keeping the 'useful idiots' in line!

Weirdly, we are headed for a 'repeat' of what has only occurred a few times in history [the bad news is half of the time it worked!] and that is the phenomenon of 'money' turning into 'confetti'.

'We' (meaning those of us that do the shopping) have been watching prices 'creep' and packaging, er, 'changing' to accomodate the coming 'less for more' economy as 'cash' steadily loses it's value...due to 'dilution'.

It got carried to insane levels in Zimbabwe, where two sandwiches and two bottles of water would set you back BILLIONS but people 'had it' so the riots were kept at bay.

One relatively tiny nation in southern Africa...the other two semi-modern examples of countries where the printing press ran out of control are Italy and Greece.

Think 'lobsters' in pots of chilled water, that's how you should be thinking about your current position. Bad news is there's no way to escape the pot, there's only safer ground (pots no where near the flames) where it doesn't matter how hot it gets because you're not in danger (so long as you play nice!)

Probably the best 'analogy' I can provide good citizen, you're being boiled to death and you don't even realize it!

Oh, you know something's 'wrong' but you can't quite put your finger on it. Naturally, the 'media' is no help (but they are on 'play nice' notice...you're only okay as long as you co-operate.)

The question here is the situation 'salvagable'?

I would say YES BUT we're gonna have to restructure our whole social model to pull it off...and those who are currently 'rich' don't want to play...so YOU have to DIE.

Doesn't make sense, does it? So many of us and so few of them?

Whatever happened to 'the good of the many?'

Greetings good citizen, as the media struggles to convince you that a majority of your peers are insane and will be voting for the despot of their choice come November STOP AND TAKE A HALF A STEP BACK!

How did it come to this, how did we 'lose control' of the national dialog? What happened to the political process that we have two equally distasteful candidates, BOTH 'reeking of privilege' as our only mainstream choices this election cycle?

Worse, we already KNOW the oligarchs have 'promised' the presidency to the female candidate so why the pretense? Are they really intent upon inciting widespread rioting come election time?

HOW DID WE GET HERE?

Is the [Corporate owned] Media...the first words are essential because of the long held perception that the media exists to dispense 'truth' and nothing but the truth, so help my paycheck!

And THAT is the REALITY of the situation, good citizen, not only do you write what you're TOLD TO WRITE but you do it the way we tell you to or you don't work here anymore!

Then there's the political process itself. Um, America doesn't produce a lot of heroes anymore so it's kind of slim pickins' when it comes to a contest based on 'celebrity'. The Republicans have taken to, er, 'recruiting' actors to be their, er, 'avatars' while the non-existent opposition/doormat party runs whoever will settle to have the stuffing kicked out of them by an angry public that knows these 'clowns' not only don't have their back but they pretend to be ignorant of the issues facing a majority of us.

IN THIS RESPECT, I RETRACT MY EARLIER ACCUSATION THAT 'UNITED WE AREN'T'!

Unity starts with an issue and our tone-deaf lying media is one of the two things WE THE PEOPLE can agree on! What's the second thing?

We have lost control of the political process, who among you 'disagrees'?

Ah, just as I thought, the silence is deafening...sounds unanimous to me!

Those who pretend to represent us have been operating behind closed door for so long that we no longer question their motives. How fortunate for them!

Worse, we swallow the 'divided' Kool Aid when they hand it to us! [Sorta redefines the whole Pogo thing where he states "I have seen the enemy and he is ME!

Gullibility (a.k.a misplaced trust) isn't a crime per se but it is what usually lays the foundation for criminals to operate.

Who to trust when has always been problematic for our species of opportunists, that happen to be a little too good at exploiting situations for our own benefit, often failing to 'appreciate' the consequences of our actions until it's too late.

Most of the time we fix the problem and the damage is 'minimized' but in some cases we 'turn a blind eye' and pay mightily so 'a few can be rich'.

If you're seeing 'red flags' everywhere you turn you aren't being 'paranoid', our civilization really is on the verge of collapse

Like all of the collapses that have gone before we are once again astounded by the magnitude of human stupidity! If you understand what you're reading the prognosis actually does predict 'the end of the world 'AS WE KNOW IT' which by no stretch of the imagination means it's 'the actual end of the world'.

It does mean a lot of things you've become 'used to' will, er, 'disappear' You will learn to be much more 'frugal' with electricity and likely 'relearn' old fashioned ways of cooling and preserving rather than our, er, 'modern, energy intensive methods. In that respect the clock will only turn back to the beginning of the last century. The 'social clock' has already rolled back a THOUSAND YEARS with the 'self-interested' standing ready to EXECUTE anyone that challenges THEIR CLAIM over what BELONGS TO US ALL!

That said, the Peak Oil/Energy problem deserves a post of its own...One where I will lay out a, er, more likely scenario as 'easy to recover' is removed completely from the equation.

If politics no longer makes sense it is BECAUSE we have reached a 'crossroads' where our species will have to decide if it has what it takes to move forward or if we will join the dinosaurs in their endless 'dirt nap' [so a few can DIE rich!]

Greetings good citizen, not for the first time have I addressed the topic of 'elected government' and how the average individual remains 'voiceless' from the cradle to the grave.

Sure, we are TOLD how the ballot box gives you the chance to let power know what it is that you desire but if you really want a politician's ear, you either have to be a celebrity or you have to have MIGHTY 'deep pockets'...and of the two, the deep pockets are the ones they listen to!

Did you see the HBO special on campaign contributors? It is as clear as mud just what 'individual donors' gain from...'buying access' because the thrust of the program was to spread the viewpoint that individual contributors are just as 'voiceless' as the average citizen. Sure, attend a $50k a plate dinner for the party and you will get the chance to have your picture taken with either the candidate or the sitting officeholder...but most of us have better uses for hundreds of thousands of dollars. [Like paying off the mortgage or student loans...]

More than somewhat disturbing was how at the 'lower' stratum, the 'edge of the tires', so to speak, we find image conscious members of the medical profession.

We can only ask ourselves, is this the reason healthcare has become so outrageously expensive? But again I admonish you to remember it wasn't always like this! Our modern disaster in healthcare began with 'Morning in America!' and Reagan's drive to 'Privatize'...

Just another impression the show left me with is these people seem more than a little 'disconnected' from the day to day realities a normal person faces.

Which is to say if you are cutting six figure checks to politicians just to get your picture taken with them your not even walking on the same PLANET I wake up on every morning!

Don't get me started on the subject of how you have that kind of 'disposable income' to play with because it sure ain't due to you're being 'frugal'!

But I digress, this is not about the 'illusion of participation' [although I must say the people interviewed didn't seem particularly 'grounded' but I think I covered the reason for that. They live a lot closer to the 'trough' than the majority of us do...a decidedly BAD thing.

At the 'center' of the One Dollar = One Vote debate is the 'institutional giver'...who gives expressly to get something in return.

They didn't interview ANYBODY on either side of that fence, making the whole program a waste of time...which it would have been anyway considering the true 'power behind the throne' isn't interested in money, it already has all it wants.

So again, I digress.

Who SHOULD have 'access' to the decision making process? The people affected by the decision, right?

So tell me good citizen, what good does it do you to only get to decide BEFORE any decisions are made?

Before you even know what's on the table?

It, as you well know, does you zero good...because from the beginning you weren't considered 'smart enough' to make those choices. Worse, the ballot you do get to cast may as well go in the trash bin because the 'electoral college' decides [after the oligarchs tell them] which candidate becomes 'meat-puppet in chief, a.k.a head Oaf!'

The whole idea of having 'somebody else' make decisions that effect your life originates with the criminals that couldn't risk having 'normal people' cutting them off from the 'money tree'.

It starts with the whole 'banking business' and drifts over to 'investments' where neither has any basis in reality.

Again, if you have a clue, watching TV can be surreal at times. Sometimes shows aren't 'on topic'...and this one was a perfect example. A Chinese contracting firm was experiencing difficulties hiring enough workers to complete their production schedule, er, 'on cost'. So the solution they came up with was to go directly to the 'source' to hire the people they needed. Just to give you a hint they weren't bringing in Chinese workers. What the yuan will buy you in China isn't what it will buy you in Dubai, so they had to go where the workers worked for, er, 'less'.

They went directly to India to meet their staffing needs.

Well, time tunnel time. As the program progressed it eventually became apparent that the show was taped in 2009 but the principle remains. Thanks to 'money hocus pocus' capitalism was once again making businessmen put both feet into one shoe!

Understand good citizen, these people are supposed to be 'smart' but look at the foolishness they have to contend with!

Is it any wonder the world is such a mess?

But again, I {shamefully} digress!

Who needs access? YOU DO! When do you need it 24/7!

Again I have probably lost most of you after this began as commentary on Citizen's United. You've heard it all and you have already decided that even if they do 'overturn' the ruling, NOTHING will change. [Those of you who slugged it out beyond the first paragraph know I allowed for that.]

Constant reader also knows we will be, er, 'gifted' with our first female leader and SHE will have 'overturned Citizen's United' added to her resume...and nothing else despite, er, 'winning' another 4 years...[if our civilization lasts that long.]

Another thing constant reader knows is Hillary runs as the candidate for a party that no longer exists. The 'True Democrats' wanted Bernie but the sellout media decided it was high time we had a uterus in the White House doing MORE than keeping the POTUS's bed warm...

Brace yourself because the next POTUS will be a 'representative' of the Gay community and the Oligarchs don't care if you like it or not.

It has become the only way to explain why the electorial process is so confounding...because we are [according to the media] so 'divided'.

Well, good citizen, there is more truth in 'divided we fall' than you may ever realize!

MORE!

Greetings good citizen, have you noticed the latest meme to make the rounds is 'more'. Currently featured in an insurance company commercial [Two dudes building sand castles for their kids, you've seen it.] but it seems to popping up all over.

Perhaps the one chord I'm sure everyone is disturbed by is the part where one of 'em replies, Everybody likes MORE...isn't the first thing that pops in you head the list of shit you DON'T want MORE of?

To be fair, maybe it's me...I have this thing about 'blanket generalizations', they trip my BS meter every time!

So how about you good citizen, do you want MORE? If the commercial is to be believed, EVERYBODY wants MORE!! [a-la-mode even!]

The assumption here [there's that 'ass-word' again!] is everybody wants MORE 'good stuff' and they don't particularly care how much more either, more is better...as long as it's 'good'.

NOBODY wants more work for the same pay yet we've been putting up with that BS for the past 4 decades, since St. Ronnie busted the unions as one of his first moves marking the advent of 'Morning in America'

If you're getting sick of hear/reading me harp on about 'Morning in America' then maybe you'll take my point about 'more' not necessarily being 'better'. I don't focus on this point to task you, it's vital that you understand this nation experienced a 'palace coup' when a feeble B list actor was 'installed' as POTUS in 1980.

Considering how poorly things are going, we can only wonder how this will play out...[the part that ISN'T in doubt is that this won't end 'happily' by any stretch of the imagination.]

Worse, good citizen, things are going poorly precisely because of MORE! 'More with less' as employers 'right-sized their companies by eliminating employees and redistributing the work so you had more to do for the SAME pay while the increased prices ten percent and then gave out one and two percent pay increases [while humming the 'more for me' tune!]

Did you get a raise? Sure you did! Did that raise outpace inflation? According to GAO it did but the GAO measures inflation in fantasyland, not here!

Worse, inflation is 'adjusted' with measurements of well-being that in most cases you don't enjoy...but they're out there, somewhere, so your inflation rate isn't what you actually pay.

[Which begs the question what good are statistics when the numbers have no basis in reality?]

The ONLY useful thing to come out of the General Accounting office is they get paychecks for their lies, just like journalists do!

YOU on the other hand get to 'live the lie!' [you lucky dog you!]

So, is more work for less pay what you're hungry for? [Somehow you employer thinks so and they DON'T GIVE A DAMN WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT IT!]

Now, I'm 'fairly certain' [might be wrong again but that's the risk you take...] that MOST OF US, [certainly there are those of you who will NEVER be satisfied but them's the breaks...] would be 'tickled pink' if we got our 'fair share' of Brewster's Billions [that certainly aren't doing him a lick of good, sitting in a vault somewhere, earning spit because interest rates have gone negative!]

[Sidebar: quiz time! Why have interest rates gone negative around the world? The 'answer is probably in your own bank account but do you know why? Sure you do, in order to be 'paid' interest, first you have to be able to PAY! Global credit scores have plummeted, the result of the evaporation of 'discretionary income'...not that it disappeared, per se. Those Billionaires accumulated it so it went somewhere.]

You Know what 'the problem' with billionaires is, don't you? THEY ALREADY HAVE EVERYTHING THEY WANT! So their 'billions' do them [or anybody else] ZERO GOOD!

There are trillions of dollars sitting in offshore bank accounts AROUND THE WORLD doing nobody any good. [Understand, once upon a time those 'billions were 'at work' building infrastructure for a better life for us all...but our broken model has reached it's, er, 'inevitable conclusion' with the pauperization of the workforce. Now those trillions sit idle.

It's not like there is a lack of things that need doing...but they can't be done because 'the no new taxes' crowd has pauperized the communities that host them. [Yet we still manage to buy every official a new vehicle every year, too bad there aren't enough teachers...but your kids don't NEED to be educated.]

In fact, the dumber the better...so they will buy the pro-capitalist meme of MORE!

MORE for you means more work for less pay, it means more BS for less say, it means more grief as you struggle to make ends meet with your shrinking income and your ever-shortening 'shelf-life'.

The question facing us all...[okay, NOT the Billionaires] is how much MORE can you take?

I'm old and at the end of my tether...but this isn't about me, it's about US.

Which is to once again belabor the obvious, if we fail to shift the focus from ME back to US, we're toast!

Greetings good citizen, as we observe the destruction of our civilization [and trust me good citizen, sitting on our buttocks watching is all anyone is doing] we begin to see a disturbing pattern emerging.

How far back would you say the 'social clock' has, er, 'regressed' since 'Morning in America?'


Probably need to clarify that considering the recent [nobody gives a crap] 'strides' made in raising 'social consciousness' [somewhat akin to locking an alcoholic in a cell with a barrel of whiskey and a tankard, the variety of 'tough love' that kills while the a-holes laugh!]

That 'stick in your craw' Bunky? That one where you say anything even slightly 'off color' and suddenly your the biggest bigot on two feet, you know that stick? Well, talk about your 'double standards', our prisons [especially the 'for profit' ones] overfloweth and the reason why just happens to be the 'death of due process'!

Yes sirree Bub! You'd best watch that mouth of yours or you'll wind up ostracized as a social troglodyte unworthy of anyone's attention [because in our new PC world we only hear the words of the all embracing lovers who wouldn't offend anyone either by thought or deed!]

Note number one, Rush didn't take the national stage until AFTER "Morning in America" so he is a product of the project to 'undermine' the public's perception of government and how the political process is perceived.

WHO and WHEN did 'Political correctness' come to light? Political Correctness was founded by the 'think tanks' of the 'neo conservative' movement [born AFTER 'Morning in America' and was immediately blamed on the now void/vacant 'liberal' movement. [The same non-existent party that will make Hillary our first female president!]

It's 'propaganda' at it's most basic level but the 'ignorant public' has no clue it's being 'taken for a ride'...and that this little ride ends with shallow grave as the self-interested murder civilization for fun and profit.

How do you like your candy now, little child?

So here we are, all tied up in knots over using 'colorful speech' while the ship bearing our rights is scuttled by those who find the law and 'due process' an 'inconvenience'.

Where are either candidate on the issue of 'your rights'?

Does it matter? We already know which-ever one is paraded before us as the 'winner', their 'orders' come from the same evil cabal we have no hand in electing and have exempted themselves from the law! It's not up to Hillary or Donald and if they could they'd tell you that themselves...but they can't...so they won't.

I'm tempted to throw in my now famous 'Worse' in here but seriously good citizen, it can't get 'worse' than your 'rights' being stripped from you just so 'a few' can be rich.

Once upon a time good citizen the people had NO rights. You were considered 'subjects' [shorthand for 'property'] of 'the Realm' and the King could do whatever he wished with YOU or YOUR's...[which technically didn't exist.]

In perhaps a more 'relevant and relatable' statement we can look to Loki's speech in the film 'The Avengers' when he reveals himself and his Grand Plan for us in a public square in Germany. First he commands all present to KNEEL, then he rubs their noses in it but saying 'Isn't this the natural order of things? Don't you want to be 'free' from making your own decisions?'

Well, if either of those statements strikes a chord within you I am ordering you to immediately off yourself as quickly as possible!

None are so blind as those who REFUSE to see...and while being admonished (repeatedly) that 'freedom' is neither easy nor free, you refuse to acknowledge that those who swear to protect are in fact robbing you of both your choice and your freedom.

But you stand their stupified, not knowing how to react.

How do you fight back when the ballot box is being used against you?

Go on a shooting spree?

Nope, not even close.

You do NOTHING...literally, not a thing. [Hint, Strike is passive/aggressive in the extreme!] Even if they put a gun to your head...[dead is dead, why suffer?] If you can defend yourself, don't be a fool but don't let some order-following A-hole force you to do what he refuses to do for himself.

It is here we learn that life as we have come to know it is a ['highly'] CO-OPERATIVE venture!

Like I keep saying, STUPID KILLS! Don't let a gun to your head be the 'excuse' because they are killing you by robbing you of your rights and your dignity!

And THAT'S where the 'line in the sand' is today!

Are you a human, deserving of respect and dignity or are you a piece of offal that doesn't even respect yourself?

Greetings good citizen, technology has made it possible to kill by 'remote control'. Naturally the big problem with using a bazooka for a flyswatter is there's always 'collateral damage'.

But 'somehow' this collateral damage became 'palateable' to our...er, 'lawmakers/breakers' but only AFTER 'Morning in America'.

Which, as I intimated yesterday, there has ALREADY BEEN one 'coup' of the US government and, like the original US revolution, became the 'shot heard around the world'. Well, I suspect there's a second coup waiting in the wings now that the political process (again, 'around the world') has been damaged beyond all repair!

Um, collateral damage is no laughing matter yet our vacuous leaders continue to use drones to execute 'potential targets' without any proof...or due process.

To put that more plainly for you let's put this in perspective: You are arrested for some minor crime and the police frog-march you into a courtroom where the Judge takes one look at you, pulls a magnum handgun from a holster and puts a bullet through your head BEFORE he has any idea WHY YOUR STANDING IN FRONT OF HIM!

Maybe it's just me but 'Better safe than sorry' just doesn't cut it here!

WORSE, 'for now' drones have human fingers on the trigger...but they're working on self-piloting drones that will demolish whatever their aimed at.

Remove the human from warfare and what you are left with is slaughter!

I'm sure you've heard it before...WHERE IS YOUR OUTRAGE? I get it, your worried whether you'll still have a roof over your head and wheels under you ass next week [never mind food in your belly.] You don't the energy to be 'outraged' by what the nitwits in Washington you have ZERO CONTROL over are doing .

And 'in my name?'. Like I could do something about it...yeah, right!

That kind of talk quite understandably turns people off. You don't care enough to march in the streets [and add a criminal record to your already ginormous pile of problems only for NOTHING to happen.

Look at Occupy. Fat lot of NOTHING that whole exercise turned out to be!

So what's left? What works? Here I am calling for a 'general strike' but you know they have strikes all the time in Europe and nothing changes.

That's because they don't STAY ON STRIKE UNTIL THE GOAL IS ATTAINED.

I suspect HALF of the strikes we hear about over in Europe are employer incited. Must give 'em a tax break when the stiffs walk off the job, something related to 'lost profits' for products that weren't selling anyway because everybody's broke.

What I'm pointing to is you have had 'the weapon' all along, you just aren't USING IT!

Why aren't strikes effective in Europe? Because THEY'RE DOING IT WRONG!

A Strike is an 'All in' move. If you want it to work you have to let it do its job! I won't work in a day or a week but at the end of the second week things are gonna start getting a little crazier than the village idiots want to think about.

By the end of the third month there will be devastation as far as the eye can see; but it won't last that long.

By that time we will either have killed them all or they, us.
[They do have their finger on the nuclear trigger...and we honestly don't know what they'd do.]

A more chilling thought is they may use the nukes anyway and there STILL isn't a damn thing we can do about it!

My 'harping' is born of a generation that never knew that things weren't always like this, worse, they will point at my generation and blame us for not putting a stop to it! [Just as I point a finger at the so called 'greatest generation' for their letting the original Wall Street mauraders walk away unpunished.]

That said, there is plenty of 'blame' to go around, especially on the 'inaction' front.

But I digress...back to 'Death from Above'.

I hope you realize the only way to stop the robots is to stop the people behind them.

I will reiterate what's so 'wrong' with robot warfare, the person who controls the robot is their only conscious...and if that individual is an empathyless psychopath, well, 'woe unto us'.

Millions will die because we couldn't restrain a single nutcase.

So it is we circle back to Stupid.
