Greetings good citizen, technology has made it possible to kill by 'remote control'. Naturally the big problem with using a bazooka for a flyswatter is there's always 'collateral damage'.

But 'somehow' this collateral damage became 'palateable' to our...er, 'lawmakers/breakers' but only AFTER 'Morning in America'.

Which, as I intimated yesterday, there has ALREADY BEEN one 'coup' of the US government and, like the original US revolution, became the 'shot heard around the world'. Well, I suspect there's a second coup waiting in the wings now that the political process (again, 'around the world') has been damaged beyond all repair!

Um, collateral damage is no laughing matter yet our vacuous leaders continue to use drones to execute 'potential targets' without any proof...or due process.

To put that more plainly for you let's put this in perspective: You are arrested for some minor crime and the police frog-march you into a courtroom where the Judge takes one look at you, pulls a magnum handgun from a holster and puts a bullet through your head BEFORE he has any idea WHY YOUR STANDING IN FRONT OF HIM!

Maybe it's just me but 'Better safe than sorry' just doesn't cut it here!

WORSE, 'for now' drones have human fingers on the trigger...but they're working on self-piloting drones that will demolish whatever their aimed at.

Remove the human from warfare and what you are left with is slaughter!

I'm sure you've heard it before...WHERE IS YOUR OUTRAGE? I get it, your worried whether you'll still have a roof over your head and wheels under you ass next week [never mind food in your belly.] You don't the energy to be 'outraged' by what the nitwits in Washington you have ZERO CONTROL over are doing .

And 'in my name?'. Like I could do something about it...yeah, right!

That kind of talk quite understandably turns people off. You don't care enough to march in the streets [and add a criminal record to your already ginormous pile of problems only for NOTHING to happen.

Look at Occupy. Fat lot of NOTHING that whole exercise turned out to be!

So what's left? What works? Here I am calling for a 'general strike' but you know they have strikes all the time in Europe and nothing changes.

That's because they don't STAY ON STRIKE UNTIL THE GOAL IS ATTAINED.

I suspect HALF of the strikes we hear about over in Europe are employer incited. Must give 'em a tax break when the stiffs walk off the job, something related to 'lost profits' for products that weren't selling anyway because everybody's broke.

What I'm pointing to is you have had 'the weapon' all along, you just aren't USING IT!

Why aren't strikes effective in Europe? Because THEY'RE DOING IT WRONG!

A Strike is an 'All in' move. If you want it to work you have to let it do its job! I won't work in a day or a week but at the end of the second week things are gonna start getting a little crazier than the village idiots want to think about.

By the end of the third month there will be devastation as far as the eye can see; but it won't last that long.

By that time we will either have killed them all or they, us.
[They do have their finger on the nuclear trigger...and we honestly don't know what they'd do.]

A more chilling thought is they may use the nukes anyway and there STILL isn't a damn thing we can do about it!

My 'harping' is born of a generation that never knew that things weren't always like this, worse, they will point at my generation and blame us for not putting a stop to it! [Just as I point a finger at the so called 'greatest generation' for their letting the original Wall Street mauraders walk away unpunished.]

That said, there is plenty of 'blame' to go around, especially on the 'inaction' front.

But I digress...back to 'Death from Above'.

I hope you realize the only way to stop the robots is to stop the people behind them.

I will reiterate what's so 'wrong' with robot warfare, the person who controls the robot is their only conscious...and if that individual is an empathyless psychopath, well, 'woe unto us'.

Millions will die because we couldn't restrain a single nutcase.

So it is we circle back to Stupid.

How big a problem do you think it is? Looks mighty serious from where I'm sitting!

Trumpmania!

Greetings good citizen, once again I can only marvel at the sideshow this election has become. As many have said, we're electing a 'national leader' here, when did the position of Oaf open up?

Even Republicans are distancing themselves from the, er, 'antics' of their nominee. One hack comedian even compared the situation as one where the Republican Party has handcuffed itself to a dead hooker.

ASSUMING I am correct [and it seems many agree that The Donald isn't serious about becoming the next POTUS] ARE The Republicans looking for an exit door that will permit them to sweep this whole business under the carpet and pretend like it never happened?

The 'wrinkle' here is it was never supposed to have gotten this far. For a Futurist I sure spend a lot of time reminding you of recent history but be that as it may, many of you only read about what happened right after St. Ronnie took hold of the Oval Office.

One of the FIRST things he did was to 'defund' the department of health and human services. Millions of people that could barely function in society were, for the first time in their lives told to 'sink or swim'.

Many are people with serious mental health problems and that's not the gist of this lesson, the thing to keep in mind is they 'raised the bar' as to who qualified for, er, 'state support' and many people who wouldn't remember their own name if you didn't shout it at them several times an hour were left with no place to go.

Now, just who do these unfortunates sound like?

Could it be we have found our Trump supporters?

I'm going to take a step back and remind you all that Ol' Donald isn't crazy nor does he purposefully take advantage of the decidedly mentally challenged. It's not his fault that if you weren't born a card carrying Republican that becoming one later in life serves as proof of 'diminished mental capacity'...although believing you belong to a party that no longer exists isn't a big improvement but that's who's voting for Hillary...

While the pundits say Trump supporters are 'angry' my internal BS sensor is chiming like crazy, I smell a smokescreen!

People WANT TO DERAIL the 'out of control' government [one that is rapidly becoming a totalitarian police state] and THEY KNOW Donald ISN'T the guy that will make that happen.] So where are these 'rabid suporters' coming from? Blackwater/Triple canopy?

BUT The Donald and his 'posse' of crazed supporters [mostly undercover NSA types that are paid to be there] need only provide the 'illusion of support' and the next thing you know we will have a coup on our hands.

Unless YOU believe that we are electing to fill a newly created position, 'Oaf-in-chief' you'd best be 'girding thy loins' for that which will spring on us like a thief in the night.

Worse, you WON'T be able to 'bug out', the police will barricade the roads preventing you from traveling.

To the plus side this will only hold water for a couple of hours, then people will congregate and attack the roadblocks. Assemble enough armed people and the cops SHOULD stand down...but if they report you you're in for a predator strike OR you're going to encounter another roadblock a little further down the road, this one manned by armored vehicles and personnel equipped with 'heavy weapons'. [The orders to 'take no prisoners' is assumed.]

IF YOU DON'T have 'advanced knowledge' that the trap is about to be sprung don't even THINK about running. [You may make it on foot but then what?]

It is a matter of conjecture if royals will declare 'Nightfall in America' after they snuff out the 'experiment in democracy' that kept them from enjoying their 'God Given rights' for so long.

Did I mention that the Royals made 'God' up to keep 'the superstitious peasants' in line...oh how they laugh at us!

Yes, traffic is lighter on the weekends but this is something that needs to get out there, even if you think me a loon for raising the possibility.

One thing you can't deny is that something is definitely 'out of place', with the process AND with the world in general.

Don't think being forced to kneel before people you ordinarily wouldn't spit on will bother you?

Try wrapping your head around FOREVER!

Ever wonder where Satan went? He just ducked into the royal treasury where he's been pulling the strings for time out of mind. [You KNOW they made Satan up too, again, just to keep 'the superstitous peasants' in line.]

Honestly, good citizen. The political arena really has become just like the film 'Wag the Dog', where it's all theater...but in our case this, er, 'performance' is deadly serious!

IT MIGHT be possible to derail this coup by exposing it to daylight, a prepared public isn't part of their plans.

Compete or cooperate?

Greetings good citizen, today we learn the Pontiff has denounced capitalism as “terrorism against all of humanity.” Not much is heard about it these days back in the seventies, when companies were downsizing like mad and moving to more 'cost effective' nations, a 'meme' circulated throughout the nation's workplaces that was then attributed to the Japanese and it went 'Business is War!'

Were they wrong? Well, not if you look a today's 'unbridled capitalism' capturing huge sums for the advantaged and leaving destitution in its wake...I'd have to say the Japanese [and their American instructors] were pretty much 'spot on'.

You see, what isn't widely know is the first dozen or so times captalism was tried it failed miserably and along the lines one would expect. People chased whatever provided the best returns and you ended up with saturated markets in some goods accompanied by mad shortages of others and the cycle would begin again!

So it was that 'government' stepped in and started 'regulating' who could do what, when and a burdgeoning capitalism was born. [Ironically they started out issuing 'monopolys' on certain inputs in an attempt to limit the willy-nilly effects of investors chasing the highest returns but commodities wouldn't 'stay monopolized'. [Which is how we ended up with a global supply chain LONG BEFORE 'Globalization'.]

In case you are unaware, 'globalization' is a 'universal scam'...but that's what you get with 'unbridled capitalism' of the variety that was ushered in after 'Morning in America'.

Oh yes, good citizen, many of you are too young to remember and since the victors write history, are unable to find out facts about the, er, 'rapacious' deregulation that lead to the second stock market crash in less than a hundred years.

No irony at all should be lost on the fact that the 'frontrunner' in our current presidential race is the WIFE of the man who single-handedly signed into law the bill to repeal Glass-Stegal!

Which, to be clear, means he had the power to stop it but didn't. NAFTA, also commonly laid a his feet, was a done deal before he assumed office...but the corporate owned media doesn't want you to know that.

The thing to remember is those 'happy days' most Republicans pine for, aren't here today because of what the Republican party has done since [literally] seizing power in 1980.

Those 'Happy Days' are happening in China, sans the fifties music.

Again I am compelled to complete the circle for our younger readers, the ones whose heads are so full of nonsense they don't know which way is up!

Back in the seventies, after Europe had pretty much rebuilt its industrial base, our, er, problematic social model hit one of its most frequent hiccups. A phenomenon called 'market saturation'...notice they don't talk about 'market saturation' now? That's because 'Opening the doors to the Orient' was Western Capitalism's 'final frontier'.

How could they bring the Eastern third of the world's population into the 21st century?

Well, it was to be a 'win-win' [for the capitalists and the billions of, er, 'backwards' (by capitalist standards) Asians...not so much for the tens of millions of Western capitalists who would be forced to 'reinvent themselves' as the job market moved to its new home in the East.

You see, in order to, er, 'entice' the Asains into buying the 'Western Lifestyle' they had to have 'money' and in order to get money they needed jobs. Well, what were the Westerner's going to do? Wasn't the capitalist's problem, their market was already saturated.

They had 'seized' the governments of the Western world and installed meat puppets to preach their message of 'change' to a restive public. [Something that wouldn't have been possible before television...or captive governments/monopolistic global media, the true lynch pin of the whole fiasco!]

Now that the Eastern world has been brought into the 21st century they are no longer pointing to 'market saturation' as the cause for the slowing global economy but let's face it good citizen, the badly flawed capitalistic system is FUBAR.

There is NOTHING that will 'repair' the debt driven social model.

While most of you don't 'see' it, our civilization is tottering towards collapse...all so 'a few' can be rich (for a while longer...)

The Major Malfunction here is we have a social model that is built on 'competition' and a world that was meant to be 'shared'.

With the GLOBAL unemployment rate approaching fifty percent, the 'losers' in our little 'competition' have a different, er, 'value'...and our self-interested leaders know it...in fact, they're betting on it!

We might even call those capitalism can't exploit by their 'terrorist designation' of being 'enemy combatants'.

Ever wonder why politics the world over have taken on the appearance of a circus sideshow lately? It's to distract you from the looming collapse of civilization!

You never really cared about politics before this, did you? Now that the 'clown car' has taken over the center ring you can't tear your eyes away!

By the time you realize it was all a distraction it will be too late.

So join me in doing the only thing we can do in a last ditch effort to save our species, let's go 'on strike!'

The end will soon be upon us and if we don't head it off then what passes for civilization will devolve to square one, leaving your children/grandchildren at a decided disadvantage...

The choice, ironically, is yours and it's far preferable to the alternative you're NOT being offered.

Backlash

Greetings good citizen, just how upset would [will] you be when they coronate announce Hillary will be the next president?

So OBVIOUS is it that they're already preparing for backlash from disgruntled Trump supporters...who only 'think' they are a majority.

This is the problem with 'shadow campaigns' where the public's real choice is suborned into supporting the One Percent's meatpuppet of choice.

Number one is we still might see the Donald 'capitulate' [probably at the last minute so it's too late to plug another Rino into the now vacant slot.]

Number two is if 'they' really don't want Donald as their boy, they'll pull a Kennedy on him.

This may not stave off an 'uprising' by Trump supporters [a group much smaller than it thinks it is] But be that as it may, the 'danger' here is exactly this 'mindlessness'. Where would a Trump led revolt lead [I hasten to add that this would NOT be 'led' by The Donald himself, he's only doing this to avoid prosecution for fraud...which more than a little rich when you think about it...]

Will the 'neo-nazi' like 'Angry White Men' attempt a coup?

Well, if it succeeds it's not just the 'Angry White Men' that desire that outcome. Our 'Closeted Royalty' would like nothing better than an iron-fisted dictatorship [which they controlled] to take over the world's largest nuclear arsenal.

Trump is an 'outrider' and it could very well be the fulcrum of a disturbing 'surprise package' lying in wait come election day.

All the more reason to join The Strike...although a 'wildcard' palace coup would complicate matters considerably.

Because of this danger there will be no 'picket lines' associated with The Strike, your job will be to 'pressure' strike breakers by marking them as such [either their vehicles or their residences, they can change their clothes.]

But ABSOLUTELY NO 'marching in the street', they will cut you down like dogs and say you started it.

More importantly will be to note precisely WHO shows up to, er, punish/arrest 'taggers'. Those are the guys that will have their kids come home bleeding profusely and their houses catching on fire every time they blink!

Zero tolerance for strike breakers, and no mercy for those who would 'aid' them.

Literally, if you're not part of the solution then you're part of the problem...and we CAN'T 'vote our way' out of this. The process is rigged beyond recognition.

Those who close off the paths to peaceful negotiation accept the violent results that come with their choice.

[Forgive me, I'm charging off the reservation at a pretty brisk clip, don't think many of you have 'processed' what a strike would entail. If you don't like what see here then you can sit on the sidelines and pray we are victorious...or you can learn how to cower in fear as the new dictator tells what you can do and how you can do it.

You'll all be millionaires! [but a loaf of bread will cost a billion...yes, it's all 'relative'.]

If this is somewhat 'disjointed' I apologize but it just occurred to me that what I describe above could very well be the 'end game' the conniving few want to implement.

It will take some planning to thwart this and, naturally, they have the advantage of 'time'. 'They' probably decided on this path to 'derail' any 'countermeasure' [like a Strike] before it got organized.

So to charge even further 'off the reservation', I want to admonish you to aggitate for a strike if anything happens BEFORE Election Day.

Against the possibility they 'pull the trigger' early to prevent chaos.

Understand, good citizen, a 'palace coup' should be a non-starter BUT, if it succeeds you KNOW it was an 'inside job' just like 'Morning in America'!

The only way to thwart your inevitable enslavement is a Strike...and you'd better be committed because your grandparents were when they did it.

How sad is it that they probably thought they did what they did so YOU wouldn't have to...but they 'failed to follow through'. They let the capitalists hold on to the reins they are currently using to strangle us with when they should have exiled the whole lot of 'em!

Well, we won't make the same mistake...and they already know it.

Distractions

Greetings good citizen, as many of you are aware the political process in the US has long ago succumbed to being 'theatre' with not particularly entertaining showmanship to boot!

I have already shared my suspicion that the only reason The Donald has gone along with his part in this 'charade' is he's avoiding prosecution for one of his many frauds.

His candidacy has never been 'genuine' (not that he wouldn't 'like' the job, especially if he could do things 'his way' but he knows there isn't a chance in hell of that happening.) He also knows he doesn't stand a snowball's chance in hell he'd win election. That said he knows he made the history books as one of the least likely presidential candidacies of all time.

Which is to opine that even blackmail isn't beneath those who would rob you of your mock participation in the screwing of your fellow citizens.

But your batshit insane if you mention that this amounts to 'conspiracy' that the One Percent is in league with one another...although way back when they didn't go by the 'One Percent', way back when they went by 'your majesty!'

And as for the 'insane' idea that they're 'in league with one another' need I remind you they're ALL RELATED to one another?

So come November after the 'excitement' is all over and we have a month or two before the next cycle begins...[yes good citizen, we're ALWAYS being bombarded with the 'illusion of choice'.]

What are you going to do? I know that's a little vague but the question facing you here and now, always is how are YOU going to rein in a system that has been placed so far out of your control that participation only provides the swindlers with a license to keep going?

Yes good citizen, they keep doing it because you keep LETTING THEM!

You won't have a problem finding others who believe we are on the 'wrong path' but you'll have the devil's own time finding people that understand what needs to be done in order to 'change directions'.

Perhaps that's the disturbing part of all this. There is no way off this [now endless] rollercoaster ride. If WE don't put a stop to it, it won't stop.

It really is that simple.

HOW do we stop it? There really is only one way, we need to go 'on strike'.

While it is 'preferable' to begin with 'stop participating' the election will remain the election even if they are the only ones who vote!

This is why voting for people is 'senseless'...people have no obligation to do what they promise AFTER they win election...none whatsoever. The ONLY solution to this problem is making it so we vote directly on the law itself and not on 'who gets to decide'.

Which is to point out that we will never 'enjoy' Justice so long as the criminals get to decide what is and isn't Just.

I hope you will join me come November by starting right now and advocating for an end to the charade!

Balance

Greetings good citizen, there is much hype in both directions regarding the need to live in harmony with the planet.

This is a thorny subject with some folks becoming militant/strident about how far they would go in enforcing their brand of conservancy upon the wasteful world around them.

Between Spirit in the Sky and Mother Nature few seem able to balance/reconcile the idea that no matter how well we conserve, change itself is inevitable, in fact irresistible.

So if global warming has you down remember our 'records' of weather on this planet cover the blink of an existential eye, when it come to 'normal' we 'know' less than nothing...and our species, while resilient, are veritable 'hot house plants' compared to hardier lifeforms elsewhere on this planet never mind other worlds.

To touch upon a sensitive topic, if the alternative to rolling back the social clock a thousand years is burning coal, well, I'm voting we burn coal rather than freeze to death come the next Ice Age.

Should we be burning enough to darken the skies, no! The idea is balance [without the irrational reliance on nature's ability to 'regenerate' as our back-up plan...and we might actually achieve that if we prevent the unscrupulous few from profiting off of the effort.]

In a world that is exhausting it's fossil fuel reserves at a breakneck pace does it make sense to you that EVERY motor vehicle manufacturer produce trucks [that only get 10 MPG when they're not idling?]

I belabor the obvious when I point out that 'for profit' society is incompatible with the need to live in harmony with what there is.

Especially in the face of an out of control population.

Under the current management scheme we are 'over-populated' but under the right management regimen we are merely 'approaching' maximum capacity.

Will we switch systems or suffer a massive die off 'so a few can be rich'?

You know what path we're on...the question is if you possess the intestinal fortitude to make the change before its too late?

Greetings good citizen, in as much as a civilization's health relies on it's justice system (just one of several key management disciplines.) The 'foundation' of civilization is built upon the principles of justice and equality. Since our [all of them it seems] modern government(s) isn't about either one of these principles we are faced with the question of whether or not it is time we 'redefine' the term 'criminal'.

Much of what has become a common occurrence since 'Morning in America' would have gotten the perpetrator locked up for a long time but the 'quality of justice' has changed 'so a few could be rich'...

I'm sure some of you are confused because I appear to dote on the fact that those who would rip the rest of us off while I bemoan the fact that money is meaningless.

But it can't be both, can it?

You'd be right because the reality is BOTH! The criminals among us shamelessly inflate their share prices [most wealthy people are only wealthy 'on paper'. It's not what their, er, properties/businesses are actually worth but what they're 'marked up as' that makes them wealthy.

So what does it mean when the stock market is 'overvalued' by a factor of 100?

It means there are a whole lot of criminals out there.

In yet another 'thought experiment' we also need to consider just who is policing this 'fantasyland of conjecture'?

As matters stand EVERYONE wearing a black robe and calling themselves 'Judge' is in line for a new, thick hemp necktie!

But wait, that's not fair! Judges don't ferret out wrong-doers...where are the cops? Who prosecutes the wrong-doing committed by those who exempt themselves from the law?

Our legislators break the law and there isn't spit we can do about it because they're exempt from prosecution!

You KNOW you're on the 'wrong path' when the people you elect to uphold and enforce the law first EXEMPT THEMSELVES FROM PROSECUTION!

You probably don't have to dig too hard to uncover similar news items revealing the same 'treachery' in your own nation as 'Morning in America' is a euphemism for a world-wide phenomenon.

The 'capture' of the legal process by the ruthless and the unscrupulous.

Naturally, this begs the question of how do we rectify this unseemly situation and the answer is 'we can't'.

I belabor the obvious when I point out that we can't use THEIR legal system to prosecute the guilty because they have exempted themselves from prosecution!

One of the things you can count on good citizen is integral to their 'capitulation' will be the proviso that this exemption remains intact.

And it shall, we will exile them without trial. [The price of demanding exemption from prosecution.] Or we could just cut to the chase and offer them summary execution.

Under full disclosure, Exile isn't a nice place...or even remotely 'hospitable'. Chances are those exiled for failing to value the benefits of civil society will be sent there naked, to the worst, most arid and barren patch of perdition imaginable. There they will be free to stay away from the electrified fences and do whatever they like. The only 'guards' will be inside air-conditioned watchtowers where their only job will be to shoot anyone approaching the fences...and that means anyone. Failure to shoot will result in their being on the inside looking out.

Why does it seem shameful plugging your works while expounding on the evil society that prevents them from being posted for free for all who want to read them? Probably shouldn't feel bad because what I make off a kindle edition, they may as well be free.

In case you're wondering, I've been contemplating erecting a tip jar but I know I'm not the only one hurting out there. Hell, I'm just happy some of you give me the most precious thing you have to give [your time and consideration] because ideas should be 'free!'

My ideas aren't doing anyone any good locked up inside my squeenie little head so I post them here [in case somebody asks if you know what 'crazy' looks like!]

So the game plan remains unchanged. The day after [the mock] elections we go on strike and stay there until the lights go out, then its 'hunting time' where we track down and string up everything wearing a badge or a robe.

If they capitulate before the lights go out the hunting party is cancelled. Trials and summary exile will proceed immediately (although early exile will indeed be to 'uncharted tropical islands' in the most shark infested waters we can find. [Failing sharks, 'man o' war' will do.]

Chances are the thieves running things here will flee to their 'fiefs' in the mythical 'cheaper there'. Once there they will bribe the morons temporarily in charge to prosecute anyone that assails their authority. This will escalate from summary execution to open rebellion to liberation as they join the world in adopting A Simple Plan, the template of justice and equality!

The few places that do not adopt A Simple Plan will be bombed out of existence [so toxic is the capitalist seed.] A Simple Plan is about Justice, NOT 'tolerance'. For far too long we have tolerated being enslaved by the self-interested few who sneered at us because we didn't resist their machinations.

Won't they be surprised when the trap swings shut on them!

More, er, 'satisfying' is they built their own cage, one that will be impossible to escape from because they have victimized everyone not on their level with impunity.

Well, payback is a beyotch!
